New Carnegie Mellon 2021 grad!
It is now official! I just received my CeDiploma from Carnegie Mellon University with a final QPA of 4.11 over 4!
I will be forever grateful to CMU, Comisión Fulbright Argentina, and Carnegie Mellon University - Heinz College of Information Systems and Public Policy for allowing me to evolve as a cybersecurity professional. Not only I was able to learn a lot but also interact and be part of fascinating research and professional projects with amazing colleagues, students, and friends.
NEW MASTERS DIPLOMA!
I am pleased to announce that I have just received the diploma of my first InfoSec master's degree at the University of Buenos Aires. It arrived just in time for the two-year anniversary of my thesis defense in July 2019!
I will be forever grateful to my advisors Raul Saroka and Juan Pedro Hecht (in the picture) for allowing me to excel on my thesis and academic performance, achieving the 1st GPA rank of the 2017 cohort.
I am pleased to announce that our 27002 ISO national standard has been published. This is the first ISO national standard that I had the chance to contribute to, since 2018, within Argentina's Information Security, Cybersecurity, and Privacy Protection Subcommittee. I am thrilled to be able to help advance my country's cybersecurity within this group of experts.
This week I had the opportunity to represent my country as an expert in ISO's Information Security, Cybersecurity, and Privacy Protection Subcommittee WG 1. This is where the new changes to the ISO 27005 international standard (cyber risk management) are being discussed and voted on. I am thrilled to be able to represent Argentina in this group of international experts. Great experience!!
Last week I had the opportunity to represent the Universidad de Buenos Aires at Argentina's Information Security, Cybersecurity, and Privacy Protection Subcommittee. This is Argentina's mirror of ISO's Information Security, Cybersecurity, and Privacy Protection Subcommittee (ISO/IEC JTC 1/SC 27) from which I am part since 2018.
I am pleased to announce that I have been selected as the secretary of the Subcommittee for the 2021 term. I am thrilled to be able to help advance my country's cybersecurity within this group of experts. Learn more
